Summary: When I arrived, there was a gentleman that checked me in. He was very accommodating to the needs that I had and gave us a handicap accessible room. The room itself was OK but definitely need some updating. Part of the heat shield for the heater in the bathroom was missing. There weren't enough towels for the two of us. The limp next to My Husband was very hard to turn on so I was very nervous about God for pedophile. I feel like they don't Check all the safety features of each room after the guest leave. What I didn't care for was that does nobody at the front desk until after 7 AM but you could call a phone number. I let it ring about six times and finally someone answered who sounded as if they were still sleeping. I think I woke this person up. I explained that I left the key in the window, which I did not feel comfortable doing because I felt like anybody could come by and grab the key and go in. There should be a locked dropbox that you could just drop your key and that no one has access to. The screen door definitely needs to be fixed as it wasn't shutting correctly. What I did like about the room was that it had its own refrigerator and then a separate freezer that we could put our ice packs in overnight. The parking lot is immaculate. Well kept and super clean. The grounds are well manicure as well. There is a company across the street that had heavy equipment running but once in our room, we were not able to hear it. The bed was very comfortable. No breakfast.
